New hybrid and telehandlers from Genie
Genie is presenting the bi-energy hybrid version of its GS-4069 rough terrain scissor lift and haa redesigned its GTH telehandler series to comply with new emission laws.
Providing a working height of 14.12 m (46 ft) and a lift capacity of up to 363 kg (800 lbs), the new Genie GS-4069 BE hybrid scissor lift is one of three models in the new Genie Bi-Energy hybrid scissor lift series.electric scissor lift
It is a rough terrain electric scissor lift with an integrated generator to charge the batteries and supply power to the platform and chassis. The BE hybrid range is designed to combine two operating modes to meet the needs of outdoor jobsites with no onsite power, and indoor jobsites with sensitive noise and emission environments.electric scissor lift
Genie has also redesigned its Stage IIIB GTH telehandler series with enhanced productivity and operator comfort suited to construction, waste and recycling, industrial and logistics applications.
The design focuses on energy efficiency, simple operation and new service and maintenance features like a fixed oil cap so that diesel cannot accidentally be pumped in. An improved cabin provides increased visibility and operation features.electric scissor lift
On show is the GTH 4018 telehandler with a lift capacity of up to 4 tonnes, a lifting height of 18 m. It is equipped with a 75kW Stage IIIB compliant Perkins engine which drives all four wheels through a hydrostatic transmission offering travel speeds of up to 30km/h (18.6 mph).electric scissor lift
