Regarding the maintenance of high-altitude vehicles

Genie high-altitude vehicles are well maintained in the early stage and cost less for later maintenance. Many high-altitude vehicles require large-scale renovations, which are actually caused by some small problems. Therefore, the daily maintenance of high-altitude vehicles is very important, which can not only prolong the service life of high-altitude vehicles but also create more value for lessors.

How to maintain the Genie high-altitude vehicle? Let's take a look at the practical skills of high-altitude vehicle maintenance.

Regarding the maintenance of high-altitude vehicles, many people mistakenly understand that maintenance is to change the oil. In fact, this is not the case. Changing the oil is not the focus of maintenance but at most daily care. The biggest purpose of maintenance is to check, such as checking whether the components on the vehicle are damaged or need to be adjusted. These inspection actions will ensure the safety of your high-altitude vehicle operation.

The daily maintenance of high-altitude vehicles mainly  maintenance of electrical systems,  hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems:

      1. After the high-altitude vehicle exits the venue, clean the external and internal soil in time. In particular, the upper part of the engine cooling water tank and the oil cooler radiator must be cleaned of mud.

      2. Keep the plastic protective film on the upper console of the aerial vehicle.

      3. Check the amount of di*s*l oil to ensure that the high-altitude vehicle has enough oil when it is in use.

      4. Check whether the engine speed is stable and whether there is oil leakage in various parts.

      5. Check the tightness of the fan belt and adjust it.

      6. Check the air filter, battery power, cooling water tank water level, and oil level (replace the oil if necessary).

      7. Check the connection and tightness of the cylinder head, the intake and exhaust branch pipes, and the muffler, and check and tighten the engine fixing bolts, nuts and flywheel housing bolts.

      8. Check the di*s*l primary filter and clean it in time to keep the di*s*l primary filter clean and unobstructed. Drain the sediment in the di*s*l oil water filter.

      9. Check that the upper control pedal is in good condition.

      10. Check the working condition of the travel motor, the oil level and whether there is oil leakage, and add gear oil as needed.

      11. Check whether the safety limit travel switch and electromagnetic proximity switch of each part are in good condition.

      12. Check whether various operations are safe and correct.

      13. Check the oil pipes, modules and valves of all parts for oil leakage.

      14. Check whether the iron plates of the structural parts are severely corroded and damaged. (Replace the damaged iron plate as the case may be)

      15. Check the working conditions of electrical instruments such as horns, indicator lights, sensors, and alarms.

5 points for maintenance and replacement of the oil circuit system of high-altitude vehicles:

     1. Hydraulic oil replacement Replace the hydraulic oil every two years or 1200 hours of machine operation.

     2. Replacement of hydraulic oil filter ele*ent
Replace the hydraulic oil filter ele*ent  in the first 50 hours, and then every six months or 300 hours of machine operation.

     3. Engine oil replacement The engine oil is replaced in the first 50 hours, and the second replacement is performed in 100~150 hours. The third replacement is made at 300 hours, the fourth at 500 hours, and every 300 hours of machine operation thereafter.

     4. Engine fuel filter replacement Replace the engine fuel filter for the first 50 hours, and every 300 hours after the machine runs.

     5. Oil-water separator replacement Replace the engine fuel filter ele*ent
in the first 50 hours, and every 300 hours after the machine runs.

Regular maintenance of high-altitude vehicles in daily life is not only for the business to win long-term returns but also for the safety of high-altitude vehicle operation.
