Handling returns and refunds

Contact the merchant

1.Go to HORIZON, click login, choose to check your HORIZON Pay order

2.Log in with your credentials.

3.Find the appropriate order or transaction, and click Details.

3.Need to solve the purchase problem under the view order details page? Choose to request a return, refund, or cancel.

3.Choose to send to the merchant.

You may also contact the merchant directly by using the contact information under Business details by clicking the merchant's email address, enter your message, and then send them an email about your issue.
